Object of study - patients with precancer and cancer of cervix uteri and without revealed pathology (smears of cervix uteri and cervical canal, cytological and histological preparations). The aim - to develop scientifical systematic measures directed on elevation of the efficacy of cytologic diagnostic of precancerous state and cancer of cervix uteri. The methods of study: cytologic, cytogenetic, histological, statistical. Apparatus: microscopes OLYMPUS - СХ 21, СХ 41, ВХ 41, Nikon Esclipe 80, computer Flatron, printer Canon Laser Shot LBP-112000. The results of the study have revealed gradual elevation of the quantity of active compact and intermediate nucleolonemic nucleoli in cell nuclei of cervical squamous and cylindrical epithelium with the signs of cervical dysplasia of different grade and cervical cancer, that evidence on the presense and degree of malignant transformation. The obtained results of the study of nucleoli-forming chromosomal regions have allowed to determine an initial cervical epithelial cell malignization, and supplemented the known criteria of malignancy thus making a valid impact into fundamental developments in the field of oncomorphology. There have been developed 2 algorythms of cytological diagnostics of pre-cancer, cervical squamous cell and adenous cancer that have improved objective evaluation and elevated efficacy of cancer screening by 7 %. There have been made an educational plan and the program for specialist training on training courses and information on cytological diagnostics of cervical pathologies, with the use of which 17 specialists have been trained.
