The purpose of the research phase - to examine the direct results of the methodology: forecasting and assessing the degree of therapeutic pathomorphosis, intensified neoadjuvant chemotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy of patients with sarcoma of bone with poor prognosis of the disease and to their correction. Methods and apparatus - clinical, morphological, statistical, Computer tomograph Somatom 4 Plus, MRI Magnetom, angiograph "Televiks" ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus US 90301710. After the developed and improved methods begun and conducted treatment in the group of "standart risk" at 27, and in the group of "high risk" - at 6 patients. 21 patient were afterl the surgical stage of treatment. On this stage efficiency of method of prognostication of degree is appraised a pathomorphosis of tumour by comparison with the actually got degree of pathomorphosis - 85,0 % coincidences. With the purpose of research of action of bisphosphonates randomization of patients is conducted, from them 14 made a basic group, 19 - control. Conducted correction of therapy of accompaniment for patients which get bisphosphonates because of development of gipokal'ciemii at 28,6 % patients. It is well-proven that the intensifyed neoadjuvant chemotherapy for patients with it is forecast the low degree of medical pathomorphosis, does not promote toxicness of treatment cardinally, and improves the got degree of medical pathomorphosis on 16,6%.
