The aim of investigation: to conduct multiple-factor analysis of heterogeneity of tumor cellular structure on the basis of changing in sequence DNA-RNA-protein; to define the main subpopulations of tumor cells. Methods of investigation: general histological, histochemical, immunohistochemical, mathematical. Equipment: tissue processor, microtome, dosers, microscope, digital image fixing system, computer. Conducted investigations determined parameters on basis of which tumor's cells can be divided on morphofunctional types. Based on correlation in different morphofunctional types of tumor cells which have been investigated such cells can be divided on subgroups with the high credibility value. For the first time on the basis of objective criterions heterogeneity of neuroblastoma, epithelial neoplasm of large intestine was shown. These are the grounds for their features (malignancy) assessment. Investigation's usage: department of morbid anatomy of oncological clinics and other medical institutions.
