Control group - 10 patients. The fundamental radiological features of tumours in each of used methods very studies and classified. The role of each method (USD, SCT, MRI) and the sequence of their usage were instilled. Results of SCT-scans let to detalise the spreading of malignant process in hepar and to reveal the metastases. Received results prove the necessity of using these methods of investigation, which is directed to understand the stage of spreading of the disease. Complex results' analysis may support solving the volume of following surgery of other methods of treatment. Comparing results of radiological and morphological investigation of tissue samples from operation area, providing the definition of morphological invasion criteria in peritumoural zone, showed high effectiveness of radiologacal methods in establishing the stage of spreading the process.
