The goal of the research is to develop of combinatorial immunotherapy method in experiment and demostrate definition in its application for complex treatment of cancer patients. Equipment. Flow cytometer FACSCalibur, centrifuges ОПН-3, microscope, scales ВТ, spectrophotometer NanoDrop 1000, 7300/7500 Real-Time PCR Systems.Results. The intense antimetastatic effect in mice with LLC, treated with combinatorial immunotherapy based on dendritic cells (DC), IFN-gamma, low doses of cyclophosphamide was identified. We noticed that the combinatorial immunotherapy significantly enhances the cytotoxic activity of splenocytes and promotes generation of specific antigen-spesific immune response (Th1 form of immune response, decrease of the cytokine gene IL-4 expression level and increase of the cytokine IFN-gamma expression level). It was suggested that the treatment with metromonic regiment of low doses of cyclophosphamide reduces the number of Treg lymphocytes. The decrease of the Treg negative impact on the immune system of mice also occurs due to the decrease of the cytokine gene IL-10 і TGF-beta expression level.
