Setup for X-ray yield measurements was mounted on the magnetic spectrometer end-station of the IAP NAS of Ukraine analytical accelerator-based facility. X-ray yield from Те, Cu, Zr, Ta, Ge targets was theoretically and/or experimentally investigated. The magnetic spectrometer modernization allowed to implement high-resolution (3-4 keV) RBS technique. Nanometer-size thin films measurement technique was experimentally tested on two-component film samples. Experimental investigations of low-angle 4He+ ion scattering on titanium hydride and sitall samples were carried out. Project of the setup for ion-induced electron emission research was developed. Modernization and test of the eROSITA numeric code, which is included to the Geant4 standard package, for ion-induced electron emission research by means of the Monte-Carlo method was performed. Equipment and techniques for investigation of different samples were developed.
