Purpose: theoretical analysis of these physical phenomena and processes and the development of physical principles of experimental research and computer modeling algorithms of the systems under consideration. Binding mechanism for massless fermion-antifermion pairs in QCD is proposed; in the framework of quantum-vortex model of relativistic jet activity of quasars and radio galaxies the evolution law of such objects is studied and the characteristic activity times are defined; the solution of the " reduction problem " in quantum mechanics is proposed; resonant photoproduction of electron-positron pair with emission of a photon in a strong magnetic field was calculated; the method is developed which is a part of the solution to the problem of integration of the atomic and mesoscopic levels for the consistent modeling of the evolution of defect structure of materials of nuclear power.
