Through comparative analysis we investigated steps that precede the thermodynamic analysis: determination of morfological composition, elemental composition, heating value. The analytical dependence of the impact of ash content and moisture on combustion heat was calculated. There were calculated parameters of adiabatic equilibrium condition of products of waste full combustion from three climatic zones of the Ukraine, as well as the results of studying the seasonal variations of the morphological structure within 12 months. Also, there were calculated indexes of air conversion products for the full range of air consumption coefficients. The model thermogravimetric installation with significantly enhanced capabilities of experiment results processing, using methods of computer programming, was designed and produced. Series of experiments were carried out to study the kinetics of combustion processes for all major components of solid waste. Experimentally proved that the method and apparatus provide for the principal possibility of experimental determination of moisture and ash as separate components, and solid waste in general. Separately there were conducted the second series of experiments with model waste mass, artificially composed of the components studied in the first series.
