They are injection (both organometalic and zinc and cadmium soap), phosphine-free and injection free ones. The best results was obtained for gradient alloy quantum dots, which have been synthesized via injection protocol. We can not only choose and occupied the known method, but expand markedly the scope of wavelength of the product obtained by means of variation the precursors feed ratio and using a co-solvents.
