The critical concentrations of charged and neutral admixtures are established. The critical temperature for magnetoexciton gas in the structures of different configuration is calculated taking into account schielding. For the structures with point barrier there are found the pictures of stationary waves formed in magnetoexciton gas at currents higher than the critical ones.
