At the first stage it was created collection of tumor samples of breast cancer with correspondent adjencent normal tissues. All samples were histologically characterired. Genomic DNA and total RNA were isolated from tissues.Expression of GLCE gene was assessed by mesuaring of mRNA of GLCE in total RNA, that was isolated from tissue samples. Expression study of GLCE gene detected samples with up-regulation and down-regulation. This data show a difficult mechanism of GLCE regulation in breast cancer.
