The experimental equipment for МЕM with use of different ways of pulse action of external magnetic fields and electric categories on a magnetic contour and a fusion zone is created. Application of pulse electromagnetic influences according to the offered methods essentially expands technological possibilities of melt of ingots of multicomponent titanic alloys. Technology МЕП provides reception of ingots of titanic alloys with high chemical uniformity, a fine-grained macrostructure, absence of defects, type of slag inclusions, micropores, cracks. It is investigated formation conditions nanoparticles NaCl-Me (Ti, Ag, Fe, Cu) in porous to a matrix of chloride of sodium at electron beam sedimentation in vacuum of their components. Combination of processes of evaporation from two independent evaporators that has given the chance to form porous condensates with uniform distribution of metal phases (Ti, Ag, Fe, Cu) in matrix NaCl is realized. Influence of technological parameters and heat treatment on dimensional characteristics, structure and phase structure nanoparticles of metals is established.
