The result of the work are the approaches, techniques, methods of qualitative analysis, scenario analysis methodology. There is developed an information platform as a base toolkit of the technological foresight for the innovation development of Ukraine. There is the efficient mechanism of the technological foresight, ensuring the timely adjustment of solution path to certain tasks and scenarios of the innovation development of Ukraine. The devloped methodological and mathematical principles and approaches to implementing the strategy of technological foresight, implemented in software, can be used to construct possible scenarios of the actual phenomena in the future on predicting the society development in the technological sphere. This approach can be used to construct the scenarios of innovative development of large enterprises, individual industries and the development of technology policy of the community.
