Structural-sorption and electrophysical properties of thin films (layers) were investigated and work element of chemical sensor on their basis was made. The conditions and features of matrix synthesis of mesoporous tungsten oxide with controlled focal state and degree of polymerization of tungstates, high structural-sorption characteristics and concentration of acid centers on the surface were found. The optimum conditions of obtaining of titanate nanotubes modified with Fe2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Mn2+, Cd2+, by direct hydrothermal synthesis with using of postsynthetic acid treatment were determined. Features of flowing of matrix polymerization compared with bulk non-template were clarified: there was no induction period, the rate constant of reaction (4·10-4 s-1 for DVB) by several orders lower than for bulk process (2·10-2 s-1), and there was no gel-effect of polymerization.
