The first studies on the effect of polymer admixtures on perfusion of rats’ hind legs were held in the vivarium of Donetsk Regional Antitumor Centre and showed availability of selected research areas. The research results will reduce the overall resistance of blood circulation through the introduction of micro-admixtures of polymers, which show effect of reducing the hydrodynamic resistance at quasi-turbulence and secondary flows at some hemodynamic pathologies, such as hypertension.
