Research problems: research of the influence of various biologically active substances on display of effects of glucocorticoids on a functional condition of a skeletal muscle, studying of dependence of some parameters of a functional condition of key life-support systems of an organism from concentration of thyroid hormones in blood, research of the psychoemotional status of animals in the conditions of selective change of dofaminergic transmissions by biologically active substances. Methods of researches: electromyography and ergography in situ, immunofermentic analysis, electrocardiography, a method of the gasanalysis, thermometric, ethological methods. These have been developed and created: the method of reproduction at the animals of hypercortisolism and hyperthyroid states, hyperandrogenicity; the electromyography and ergography methods in situ a technique of selective change of dofaminergic transmissions by biologically active substances; the ethological methods of research of a psychoemotional condition of animals; the experimental researches have been conducted and the experimental material has been statistically treated and analyzed by the study of energy of muscular contraction in the conditions of complex application of a synthetic glucocorticoid dexamethasone with a steroid anabolic (testosterone-propionate) and a nonsteroid anabolic (inosine); it has been carried out the comparative analysis of efficiency of steroid and nonsteroid anabolics for smoothing of negative effects of dexamethasone on a skeletal muscle; the experimental researches have been conducted and the experimental material has been statistically treated and analyzed concerning the correlations between level of triiodothyronine at white rats and a condition of some physiological functions (chronotropic function of heart and speed of consumption of oxygen); it has been studying the behavioral reactions of animals in the conditions of changed of dofaminergic transmissions in a brain taking into account their initial emotional status. The most essential results of researches. It has been established that the complex application of testosterone and dexamethasone has been prevented the decrease of maximal achievement amplitude of muscular contraction and the weight of forward tibial muscle, the speed and reliability of the neuromuscular transmission, caused by the chronic introduction of dexamethasone, but thus has been not provided the smoothing of negative influence of dexamethasone on power maintenance of contractions act. The nonsteroid anabolic inosine has been smoothed of negative effect of dexamethasone on initial speed of synaptic transfer and the fatigue of a muscle, but has been not caused the normalization of reliability of synaptic transfer and has been caused the phase changes of power characteristics of the muscle, what have been partly caused by possible shifts of its histochemical profile. The homeostatic regulation of function of heart is carried out with a fine precision and according to a principle of positive communication within the limits of physiological concentration of circulating triiodothyronine; the thyroid regulation passes to a pathophysiological way at achievement of level of circulating triiodothyronine the extreme points of norm of "scales of concentration", that is shown in loss of accuracy of homeostatic maintenance of chronotropic heart functions. The intensity of consumption of oxygen by a complete organism of white rats accrues proportionally to level of circulating thyroid hormones within the limits of physiological fluctuations of the concentration of triiodothyronine and thyroxin (the free form); the intensity of consumption of oxygen by a complete organism of white rats is supported at high level with the expressed variability at achievement of the level of circulating triiodothyronine the top limit of norm. Selective stimulation of the maintenance of dopamine in synaptic cracks by deprenile renders the anxyolitic influence on initially average both higher alarming rats and anxyonogenic on low alarming in control. The blocking of the central D2-receptors by a haloperidol causes oppression of an emotionality in rats with initially average and high depressiveness and depressogenic effect at animals, initially polar under the given psychoemotional characteristic. Keywords: dexamethasone, testosterone, inosine, solitary muscular contraction, a thyroid gland, hyperthyroisys, hormonal correlations, triiodothyronine, dofaminergic transmission, behavioral reactions.
