A control algorithm of these processes was developed. Inverter power sources for resistance spot microwelding and cathodes with indirect heating using electron-beam welding guns were designed. Microprocessor systems were developed for control of the units for flux-cored arc welding and arc ignition at initiation of electroslag process. The algorithms of computer processing of signals of current and voltage at consumable arc welding were developed for welding control systems.
