Application of these technologies allows significantly increasing quality of welded joints from these groups of alloys as well as widening the range of thicknesses of metal being joined using FBW. Basic investigated modes of FBW are represented. It was determined that the mechanical properties of welded joints from alloy 1201 after heat treatment are at level of the base metal. Development of metal local reinforcement in the weld area during thermally-hardened alloy B95T1 allows increasing service properties of the welded joint up to 91-93% of that in the base metal.
