Methods and apparatus. The basis of experimental samples equipment for contactless thermal surgical technologies being developed is bactericidal and coagulation effect the air flow, heated to the required temperature and infrared radiation, which creates a contactless thermal surgical tool. The research identified the most optimal contactless thermal surgical effects on living soft tissues for use in surgery. Investigated flow characteristics of biological processes in contactless method of thermal effects on living tissue. The parameters of thermal convection-radiation flow to achieve the necessary surgical action (stop bleeding, wound rehabilitation, treatment of purulent wounds, welding the living tissue). A range of models of equipment for surgical procedures using the technology of contactless thermal effects on living soft tissue and conducted its clinical trials. Installed high efficiency equipment for rehabilitation and chronic infected wounds festering with simultaneous bleeding including of parenchymal organs. Developed specific surgical techniques of surgery without blood loss using contactless thermal affected equipment. Particular areas of the most effective use of equipment in the surgery: interventions in parenchymal organs (pancreas, spleen, liver), and treatment of infected chronic wounds festering.
