Chemical composition, structure of the titanium alloys ingots, their mechanical properties are investigated. The patterns of the thermal physic processes while ingots forming are determined, as well as the influence of technological parameters on the quality of the titanium alloys ingots. The quality of ingots and semi-finished products of titanium alloys obtained with the help of the EBM in the mode of banded solidification of metal bath is investigated.
