Fundamentals have been created for the disclosure of new prospects of physico-inorganic chemistry, in particular, directed synthesis of novel materials with the tailor-made structure-sensitive properties. A new method for the modification of metal oxide with phthalocyanines has been developed, a number of highly sensitive photoconductive materials for sensors, energy converters, etc have been created. Methods for the initiation and controlled carrying out of physicochemical transformations have been updated by the organization of a reaction zone under nonequilibrium conditions by the action of near laser field and spark discharges. Methods for the synthesis of organophilic Mg, Cu, Mo coordination compounds have been developed, their tribological properties in lubricants based on natural raw material have been studied, the penetration of metals into friction zone matrix has been shown. The peculiarities of the synthesis of inorganic multi-layer film composites based on oxygen-conducting and nonlinear p- and n- type semiconducting oxides, which will have practical application in various electrochemical systems, have been established. The effect of electric field on the magnetic properties of composites has been shown. Novel electrode composite materials of with increased stability based on metal-doped diamond-like and oxide compounds have been created.
