Vlokh of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine popup.description2 The compounds were synthesized and samples of undoped and doped (Cr, Nd, Er) glasses of high optical quality (Li2B4O7, KLiB4O7, LiB3O5, CaB4O7, SrB4O7, LiCaBO3 and LiCsB6O10) were prepared, corresponding to their crystalline counterparts. The structure of prepared samples was investigated and analyzed, their density and refractive index dispersion were determined, EPR spectra, optical absorption, luminescence excitation and emission, and luminescence kinetics were studied and analyzed. Optical and luminescent properties were investigated and the basic spectroscopic parameters of radiative centers were determined.
