Work aim : development of theoretical and technological basements of mono- multy-layers , reinforced cast designs of biological defense production made of corrosion-resistance, ductile, alloyed cast-irons and steels for atomic electrical stations , carriage and dug of radiation wastes with usage of radiation metal of alienation zone of Chernobyl atomic station. Investigation methods : physic's and computer simulation, X-ray-structural, metal-graphics, chemical analysis, heat-measuring, mechanical testing and other standards. Radiation contaminations of alienation zone of Chernobyl atomic station analysis has been shown. On the base of these data has investigated and developed technological processes, slags, fluxes, special types of equipment for pyrolysis deactivation of metal wastes, incl. plasma refining. Influence of time-temperature factors on structural properties of cast-irons and spheroidal graphite formation was investigated. Dependence of structural and mechanical properties of ductile iron in castings of 360 mms. wall thickness are shown. It was optimized technology parameters of ductile iron production for cast designs production for radiation wastes storage , incl. Chernobyl atomic station zones. Laws of reinforcing elements on hydro-dynamical, heat-transfer process in the foundry mold was realized and basic usage characteristics of cast mono- multy layers had investigated. On the base of realized investigations there were developed complex technological process, special types of equipment for production organization of cast mono- multy layers and reinforced containers and module-type elements for saving, storage and transportation radiation wastes , incl. usage of radiation metal of alienation zone of Chernobyl atomic station. Results of scientifically-investigation work have recommended for implementation of the foundry production enterprises.
