Purpose of researches - to set mechanisms and regularity of influencing of type of the preliminary hard-solution, dispersion by a nitride phase and complex strengthening of austenite on a mechanism and efficiency of his strain hardening and cavitational resistance. Methods of researches: determination of mechanical properties, metallographic, electron microscopic transmission foils and raster standarts, magnetometric, chemical and x-ray, phase, x-ray structure, magnetostrictive, determination of cavitational wear. Results: it is experimentally set first, that at near to efficiency a®g(м) strain hardening on the mechanisms of martensite transformation and dispersion on the Orowan mechanism, cavitational resistance of Cr-Mn-N austenite is determined by the level of structurally-physical heterogeneity of metal having most development at the first mechanism of the deformation strengthening. In steels with previous by dispersion strengthening, in place of hard-solution it provides an increase in 2-3 times to cavitational resistance in wide range of high temperatures.
