The peculiarities of fertility and nuptiality model transformation in Ukraine and Moldova in terms of accelerated socio-economic changes are made. The comparative analysis of the factors of fertility and nuptiality are present also. The trends of these processes in Ukraine and Moldova and the role of financial instruments in the modern dynamics of childbearing activity in these countries are described.
