The object of research are Social Security Programs implemented in Ukraine. Research methods are general scientific ones, synthesis and analysis methods, methods of generalization and data systematization, system and comparative analysis methods, statistical methods of socio-economic indexes computation and of information quality definition. The main results are: methodological approaches and tools for Ukrainian Social Programs effectiveness assessment are developed and worked out using real data in particular the usage of quick assessment and ultimate Social Programs effectiveness evaluation are proposed; informational support of effectiveness assessment of categorical assistance (the social assistance for families having children, the social assistance for low-income families and of Housing Subsidies Program), of monitoring, analysis and evaluation of Ukrainian Social Security Policy are developed in case various sources data using; general approaches to evaluation of Social Programs affection on poverty and of Social Policy implementation consequences are suggested.
