In the form of castings and powder composite, obtained by mechanical alloying, experimental materials have been produced on the basis of nickel superalloys JS 32 and IN 738 with titanium carbide TiC phase adding in 30 vol. % (19 wt. %). Via electro spark deposition, microplasma deposition and reaction-assisted diffusion welding methods the technologies for the materials deposition on the contact surfaces of blades have been probed. Metallographic research of deposits specimens of the experimental abrasive resistant materials shows the even distribution of reinforcing titanium carbide phase and its size in the range of 5-30 ?m.
