There were developed basic science fundamentals, practical methodologies of scheduling and production precise reinforced casting by Lost-foam foundry technology elevated technical characteristics' with plasma melting, refining foundry device. Full set of design technical documentation for technical production plasma melting-refining installations of liquid foundry alloys was developed. It was developed and practically assured directive technology materials of precise reinforced castings' production with elevated work characteristics by Lost-foam casting technology with applying of plasma melting-refining device. It was shown, that set of developed design documentation of plasma-refining installation and directive technology materials , technical instructions precise casting' production allows : - to speed up melting velocity on 30…40%; - to increase refining extent of alloys up to 20%; - to increase metal usage coefficient up to 85…90%; - to increase metals' yield up to 0,8…0,9 ; - to decrease energy sources' usage under cast products production down to 40%; - to cut-off charge materials usage up down to 30%; - to decrease melting technology time up down to 25…30%; - to increase castings' precise extent up to 7th casting grade; - to cut-off machinery treatment of castings up down to 25%; - to cut-off man-hours expenditures on 1 ton of as-cast products down to 3500,0 UAH on 1 MT; - to decrease of casting raw price up down to 3200,0...3800,0 UAH on 1 MT.
