The purpose of work is to study effects of ergogenic means on prooxidant-antioxidant equilibrium, state of cell membranes and indexes of trained and physical capacity of an athlete. Methods of research an analysis of special literature sources, pedagogical, biochemical, hematological, quantum-chemical, electrocardiographical and statistical. During researches antioxidant and memranotropic properties of new pharmacological means were studied at quantum-chemical level, in the model systems in vitro and in athletes in vivo at the level of a whole organism.The new pharmacological means efficiency was shown during application them on the stages of the high qualification athletes preparation. First in Ukraine the complex of researches were done for determination of ceolite-clinoptilolite dietary additions efficiency in couple with helically-vortical training with an oscillation. Their positive influence was shown on the indexes of homoeostasis and physical preparedness.
