A research object is directions of perfection of the budgetary adjusting of education and science. Research methods are scientific and special: abstractly-logical, structurally-systems analysis, synthesis and analogies - statistical and others like that. The leading countries of the world already a long ago realized direct dependence between the dynamics of economic development and efficiency of the national system of education and science. The economy of knowledges provides for, that a decision role belongs by knowledge, and producting, distribution and application of knowledges is the basic source of development. Clearly, that the budgetary providing comes forward in any country a basic sourcing leading educational and fundamental scientific projects. Today from efficiency of the budgetary adjusting of development of science and education, eventually, not only the level of formed of nation and level of introduction of modern technologies but also all spectrum of socio-economic progress trends of country depends. The results of НИР are application of materials of research work at forming of policy of the state on the questions of development of the system of education and science in Ukraine and their using for preparation of suggestions in relation to perfection of mechanisms of the budgetary adjusting of education and science, and also in relation to making alterations in the current legislation on the adopted questions.
