Subject of research - a condition and dynamics of Ukrainian cooperation with the international financial organizations in a context of contemporary tendencies of developments in international financial markets. The aim of the work - the justification of tools, the purposes, methods and principles of their interaction in the course of attraction of resources of international financial markets for carrying out the economic reforms in Ukraine. Research methods: generalization, supervision and comparisons, synthesis and the analysis, statistical supervision, the systematic approach, the structural analysis. Results and their novelty: - conclusions and recommendations concerning enhancement of a state policy of cooperation with the international financial organizations at the present stage of development of international financial markets are justified; - recommendations and offers for modification of Resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "the Order of initiation, preparation and realization of projects of economic and social development of Ukraine, supported by the international financial organizations" № 1027 from 11/26/2008 and concerning renovation of "Strategy of attraction, usage and monitoring of the international technical help and cooperation with the international financial organizations for 2013-2016" regarding accounting of actual risks and threats of economic security of Ukraine, and also the coordination of reference points of cooperation with МFО as important direction of management of public debt are presented. Results of scientific research can be used for realization of a state policy of development of cooperation with the international financial organizations.
