This approach is complemented a model tool, that allows to forecast and determine future economic values at the different variants of choice of perspective types of economic activity; - conception of economic development of the depressed districts, areas of Ukraine (on the example of districts of south of the Odessa area), on the basis of ground of necessity of state assistance introduction of locomotive investment projects.
