The basic postulates of "green" development is widely used by European spivtovaryvstvom. Today our state characterized by the overall thrust of government strategy for the transition to sustainable development principles, which provides environmentalizing infrastructure, environmental management, natural resource management and security of human life and the significance of these postulates increases in government decentralization and the role of socio-economic development. But in recent years, deterioration of the environment was actually affect the quality of life, limit opportunities for social and economic development of large industrial regions and cities. Therefore, sufficient current is an international conference "Green economy. Green Technology. Green investments" to raise public awareness concerning the formation of "green strategy" of the region. For nearly two decades of independence Ukraine has not formed a coherent in this area, which would determine the principles, directions and goals of "green economy". The purpose of research: an information monitoring and scientific support of the international conference: green economy, green technology, green investments to increase public awareness of the formation of "green strategy" of the region.
