We study the anisotropic Heisenberg model on the square and the triangular lattices (in particular, atomic layers of Ne3) to clarify the mechanism of forming of exchange interaction at arbitrary temperatures and arbitrary values of the magnetic field. The phase diagram of the system is obtained, the lines of spin-flop conversion and the lines of phase transitions of first and second orders are found. The heat capacity of the system is calculated, the anomalies near the lines of phase transitions are analyzed. The influence of the electron spin on the noise at charge shuttling in the single-electron transistor is studied. At full polarization of the electrodes in the spectral function of fractional noise there arise giant peaks at low frequencies, the amplitude of which depends on the spin relaxation time.
