Complex investigations of frustrated magnets- ZnSr2O4 CdSr2O4 spinels make possible to find the spin-spin correlation functions. It is shown that the change in spin state of iron ions in bi imetallic coordination polymers [Fe (pmd) (H2O) {Au (CN) 2} 2] · H2O is in next order:: high-spin, the spin-fluctuated, low-spin and spin photoinduced state.
