It is established that in case of the interaction of the Ar-plasma jet and CO2-laser beam the level of absorption level of the laser beam by the plasma is 70-80% in coaxial and 20-30% in cross-sectional interaction of plasma jet and laser beam. The method of predicting the dynamics of deposition processes in these conditions was proposed. The effect of various factors on hybrid laser-plasma deposition of diamond and diamond-like structure was investigated. The possibility of formation of coatings with a hardness of 30-35 GPa on the steel surface in these conditions was shown . The process of laser-plasma-activated deposition of titanium-based coatings with a hardness of 12-15 GPa was investigated. The advantages of the developed laser-microplasma surfacing and alloying technology over traditional laser are associated with a reduction in crack formation and the level of residual stress, increased uniformity of distribution of alloying elements, which leads to an increased (10-15%) wear-resistanct of layers and the level (1.5 - factor of 2) of operation load limit. Areas and objects of practical application of the developed technologies are identified . The efficiency of their use is proved by combined laser-plasma surfacing of of parts of tube production lines. The durability of parts in case of using this technology is increased by 200 .. 300%.
