Paton Electric Welding Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2 Considering relevance of the problem of damage to the weld joint № 111of welding collectors to steam nozzle DU1200 PHV-1000 for Ukrainian NPP it is reasonable to develop a methodology of calculation of the residual technological stresses in the specified joint to comply with calculated substantiation working capacity weld joint № 111 with identified during the operation defects such as crack. Performed by analytic review of current experimental and calculated methods of determining of residual stresses in welded joints of pipelines and equipment of NPP, operating in Ukraine, showed that to receive information about the residual technological stresses, currently it is most appropriate to use the calculation experimental methods. General information about the spatial distribution of residual stress is provided by calculation, and the experimental measurements of the accessible surfaces are used to validate the calculated data. Development of methodology for the determination of residual technological stresses in the welding zone nodes collectors to steam nozzle DU1200 PHV-1000 (weld number 111), which includes the definition of calculated the welding residual stresses and their redistribution as a result of post-weld heat treatment on the regime of high tempering. The methodology is based on current models of nonisothermal elastoplastic deformation of the material in combination with the finite elements method considering with microstructure phase transformations and related volume changes and changes yield stress PZ and HAZ at welding of steel 10GH2MFA. Realization of calculated algorithms in accordance with developed methodologies is available in the general three-dimensional formulation and in two-dimensional in order to reduce requirements of computer resources and time for the calculation using the assumption of axial symmetry in the hypothesis of planar deformation. The methodology includes the information on particular design and technology of welding joint № 111 which necessary for the mathematical modeling, thermal and mechanical properties base material of steel 10GH2MFA, welding material and cladding corrosion material of collector, and operating sequence for modeling the formation of residual stresses, associated with welding and heat treatment of welded joint № 111.
