Goal of research - working out of methodological and methodic principles regarding development of modes and mechanisms for effective coordination of budgetary-fiscal and monetary policies in conditions of economics transformation and modernization. Subject of research - budgetary-fiscal and monetary policie in Ukraine. Actuality and worth of research issue is stipulated by necessity for creating conditions of constant economic growth through support of stable functioning of financial system and financial sector of Ukraine. Solving of this task requires working out new mechanisms and methods of all segments and sectors of financial market development on the basic of system of agreed actions of Ministry of finance and National bank of Ukraine. One of the key elements of this mechanism is development of actions system regarding coordination of budgetary-fiscal and monetary policies by means of estimation of their influence on state financial system and using available methods and instruments in every institutions. Methods of research-analysis, generalization, systemization etc. Results and their novelty: justified conclusions and developed recommendations regarding coordination of budgetary-fiscal and monetary policies; prepared proposals for improvement of foreign exchange regulation and reduction of foreign exchange risk due to transition to flexible exchange rate; submitted proposals to project of regulatory legal act concerning strategy of privatization of banks, in capitalization of which the State took part, by financial and juridical adviser; carried out analysis of methods of consensus projections of Ukrainian banking system development.
