The requirements for IAC of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are defined. Structure structural-functional scheme of IAC, composition of workstations of center, database, informative co-operatiing between components of IAC, informative co-operating of IAC of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with components of the national space system are worked out. The Requirement specification on CBGD experimental pattern is worked out. The special software of subsystems of experimental pattern are complex debugged. Subsystem of archiving of remote sensing data, subsystem of the making of the base geospatial products and analyze of remote sensing data are worked out. The IAC (situational) of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and Central Bank of Geospatial Data are created in Ukraine first.
