Purpose of the work - mastering of the new form of production - the vibrocast shaped products from fused stabilized by Y2O3 zirconia and mastering of improved manufacture technology of the products from fused stabilized by CaO, and fused monoclinic ZrO2. Methods of studies - chemical, petrographic and X-ray ones. By the influence studies of the form and quantity of orthophosphoric acid on the properties of the pressed and vibrocast samples from ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3 both during the introduction of diluting additives HSL-11 P or sodium tripolyfosfat and without them, is shown that the introduction of orthophosphoric acid into the mass composition for vibrocast samples leads to an increase of the mass viscosity and it does not make it possible to obtain by the vibrocast method samples and products with the dense structure. As a result vibrocast samples and products with the additive of orthophosphoric acid are inferior in the indices of properties to the analogous products, made without this additive. With the production of the trial lot of products in the form of burner stone is mastered developed in 2010 the manufacture technology of the new form of production - vibrocast shaped products made from fused zirconium dioxide, stabilized by Y2O3, which assumes the manufacture of products by the vibrocasting method with the introduction of diluting additive - mixture of the Castament FS 10 and Castament FW 10 additives in relationship 1: 1. The products, obtained during technologies mastering, after firing at 1580оC are characterized by the high indices of the properties, which satisfy the requirements TY Y 26.2-00190503-332:2010 for the ЦИС-1 Т brand. Is mastered with the production of the trial lots of the vibrocast products in the form of crucible improved in 2010 the manufacture technology of the vibrocast products made from the fused ZrO2, stabilized by CaO, which provides using the mixture of Castament FS 10 and Castament FW 10 diluting additives in relationship 1: 1. The obtained crucibles, after firing at 1580°C, according to the properties correspond to requirements TY Y 26.2-00190503-333:2010 for the vibrocast products of ЦK -1 brand. Are carried out studies of chemical and phase composition, and also microstructure of the prepared crucibles after service, which made it possible to establish the mechanism of the wear of crucibles with the operation.With the production of the trial lots in the form of plate is mastered improved in 2010 the manufacture technology of semi-dry pressed products made from the fused monoclinic ZrO2, which assumes the possibility of replacing the alumina of brand ГК-2 in the composition of the complex silica-alumina additive to the alumina of brand ALO-Ex34 (firm "MAL-ZrT" (Hungary). The prepared samples after firing at 1580оC are characterized by the indices of properties, which correspond to requirements TY Y 26.2-00190503-333:2010 for brand ЦЦГ. According to the results the executed previously conducted investigations (work №2.10-3- K-1.2-2010-ВН) it is developed, affirmed and put into operation TI 24-ИО-204-2011 on the manufacture of the vibrocast shaped products made from zirconium dioxide, stabilized by the yttrium oxide. In the test plant of institute were made the trial lots of products next brandsЦИС-1 Т, ЦИС-2 and thermal insulation mix made from ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3, the vibrocast crucibles and rings from ZrO2, stabilized by CaO, thermal insulation mix and products in the form of the sector made from ZrO2, stabilized by CaO, products in the form of plate made from fused monoclinic zirconium dioxide and composite nozzles with the hopper from the fused ZrO2, stabilized by CaO. Work should be continued in the direction of further perfection of the manufacture technology of refractory products made from fused stabilized ZrO2 and fused monoclinic ZrO2, expansion of the volumes of their application.
