It is established that by the highest indices of properties are characterized the samples from ZrO2, stabilized by 8,4% Y2O3, on the phosphate bond.As a result executed studies is developed the technology of the production of the new form of production - the mixture of powders from ZrO2, stabilized by 6-8% Y2O3, for the ramming mix of brand СЦИН-2. Is developed the project of a change in №2 to TУ У 26.2-00190503-321: 2008, that regulates the indices of the properties of the developed printed mass of brand СЦИН-2 and a change in №3 to TИ 24-ИО-165-2008 to its production. Two invention applications are given.The study of ramming mix from ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3 (brand СЦИН), after service in the reactor of the petroleum products pyrolysis and established its mechanism of the brick lining destruction. It is established that in the process of service during ~3 months at high temperatures (~ 2400?C), high-speed gas flows (900 - 950 m/s) in the refractory lining as a result of the volumetric transformations, connected with the phase transitions of ZrO2, the formation of hydroxycarbides and zirconium carbides, precipitation of sooty carbon in times and cracks of refractory material and partial restoration of the oxides of admixtures to the metallic phase occurs the insignificant loosening of brick lining. At the same time, the processes indicated do not cause the significant wear of brick lining, and with the small intermediate repairs the period of its service composes ~ of 3 months.On the test plant of PJSC "URIR NAMED AFTER A.S.BEREZHNOY" the trial lots of ramming mix and the mortar from ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3 and CaO, which are set to users in Russian Federation; powders for plasma spraying from ZrO2, stabilized by CaO, which are set to users in Russian Federation; periclase-chromite powders which are set to users in Ukraine.Work should be continued in the direction of further perfection of the technology of the ramming mix production from stabilized ZrO2 and mastering of the production technology of the new form of products - ramming mix from ZrO2, stabilized by Y2O3, brand СЦИН-2.
