The objective of the work is - the development of manufacture technology of corundumzirconiasilicates crucibles for high-proof alloys melting and mastering of improved manufacture technology of mullitecorundum refractories for glass-melting furnaces, crucibles for high-proof alloys melting. Research methods are - chemical, petrographic, Roentgen-phase, physical-mechanical.The research to obtain fused and sintered baddeleitomullit from alumina and zircon carried out. Fused baddeleitomullit is submitted of 85 - 90 % baddeleitomullit and 10 - 15 % corundum, sintered - of 55 - 65 % mullite, 30-35 % baddeleit and 6 - 9 % corundum. Fused and sintered material properties is as follows: open porosity 20,0 and 2,0 %; apparent density - 3,59 and 3,02 g/cm3, respectively.Completed the research of influence quantity fused and sintered baddeleitomullit, zircon on main properties of corundumzirconiasilicate samples with the content of Al2O3 is not less than 60 %, SiO2 is not more than 15 %, ZrO2 is not less than 15 %. It is found, that all samples with fused baddeleitomullit are characterized by higher, compare with sintered, properties: open porosity from 15,7 to 17,6 %, cold crushing strength from 183 to 218 N/mm2, heat-resistance (950°C - water) more than 20 cycles. Completed the research of influence the change of mullite to baddeleitomullit in mullitecorundum burden, as well as the additional introduction of zircon on the main properties of corundumzirconiasilicate samples with the content of Al2O3 is not less than 75 %, SiO2 is not more than 10 %, ZrO2 within 10 - 15 %. It is shown, that corundumzirconiasilicate samples are characterized by high rates of properties: open porosity 18,5 and 17,6 %, cold crushing strength 178 and 153 N/mm2, respectively. The research to interaction corundumzirconiasilicate, mullitecorundum, corundumspinel samples with oxidized components of nickel alloy at temperature 1750°C with 6 hours holding carried out. It is shown, that resistance to infiltration of samples is increasing in a line corundumzirconiasilicate < mullitecorundum < corundumspinel, at that resistance of samples with fused baddeleitomullit is more than with sintered. An interaction mechanism of corundumzirconiasilicate samples with oxidized alloy components is set. As a result of research a new type of product is developed - corundumzirconiasilicate crucibles for high-proof alloys melting and the project changes № 1 к ТI 24-IR-182-2010"Making crucibles by vibrocast method for high-proof alloy melting. Pilot batch" is developed. According to the results of earlier researches (2.10-3-К-1.5-2010-ВП) is approved ТS U 26.2-00190503-311-2011 "Box mullitecorundum. Pilot batch". Pilot batches of mullitecorundum products for glass-melting furnaces, mullitecorundum, corundumspinel, corundumpericlase crucibles for heat-proof alloy induction melting, mullitecorundum boxes and other elements of furnace lining are made. Work should continue in the direction of research changes the properties of fused baddeleitomullit under the effect of temperature 1500 - 1750°C, of the testing developed crucible in service, as well as towards improving production technology of crucible for heat-proof alloys induction melting, high-alumina refractory materials for glass-melting furnaces.
