The work purpose - perfection of technologies of refractory lightweight products and heatinsulating concrete.Methods of researches - chemical, petrography, x-ray diffraction, physical-mechanical, thermal-physical.The research of the properties of calcium silicate lightweight products, their phase composition and structure are executed. It is established that the developed calcium silicate lightweight products of marks SKL-0,6 and SKL-1,0 have the microporous structure, which ensures their low values to apparent density 0.5 and 0.8 g/cm3 and thermal conductivity 0.19 and 0.23 W/(m·K) respectively. The temperature of the service of the products of mark SKL-1,0 comprises to 1300 °C of, those of the products of mark [SKL]-0,6 - to 1250 °C. It is established that these lightweight products are characterized by the high content of the pseudo-wollastonite (to 92 % vol.), which is formed via solid-phase synthesis directly into the products. It is shown that the developed calcium silicate lightweight products are resistant to the aluminum fusion, on the basis that it is possible to recommend them for applying as the brick lining the metals-circuit for the casting of aluminum (product of mark SKL-1,0), and also for applying as the heat insulation of the electrolyzeres and other heat engine sets (product of mark SKL-0,6).Claim for the assumed invention is given.Are executed studies on the possibility of reduction in the quantity of high-alumina cement (VGTS-73, Gorkal-70) in the thermal insulation anorthite castables and the products of them. Is shown the possibility of obtaining with reduced by 10% VGTS-73 of unfired anorthite products with the apparent density of 1,6 g/cm3, compression strength > 10 MPa after 7 days of moist hardening, with the reduced to ~ 1,2 times drop in the strength with 1000 °C, with the thermal conductivity 0,40 W/(m·K) at a mean temperature of 350 °C and with the service temperature to 1300 °C, which corresponds to mark SANBT-1,7. For the castable of mark SANBT-1,3 the decrease of a quantity of cement in the mixture by 5% makes it possible to decrease to ~ 1,1 times a drop in the strength with 1000 °C. The technology of thermal insulation concretes is finished and is improved their strength with 1000 °C.The executed studies and the developed normative documentation make it possible to enlarge the assortment by output institute.The test batches of lightweight products and thermal insulation castables are released according to the agreements with the enterprises of the Ukraine. The properties of production corresponded to the requirements of normative documentation and to the conditions of agreements. Production is prepared and transmitted to customers in the volume of financing. Work should be continued in a direction of the further perfection of technologies lightweight products and heatinsulating castables, expansion of places of application, including in controllable environments.
