The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of high alumina ramming mixes, dry mixes and mortars. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, thermo-mechanical ones.The researches of amount influence of brown fused corundum produced by OJSC "Zaporozhabraziv", which is used instead fused corundum produced by PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" on the properties of samples from mullite corundum mix with periclase addition on boron phosphate binder grade of "ММКПБФ" have been carried out. It has been determined the possibility of participial replacement of white fused corundum produced by PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" in composition of the indicated mix on brown fused corundum produced by OJSC "Zaporozhabraziv". The application of brown fused corundum in the composition of ramming mullite corundum mix provides increasing strength of samples produced from this mix after firing at high temperature (~ 1.5 times more) and decreasing their open porosity (~ 1.2 times less). As a result of carried out researches the production technology of new kind of product (ramming mullite corundum mix with periclase and brown corundum additions on boron phosphate binder grade of "ММКПHБФ") has been developed.The influence of alumina magnesia spinel type (sintered alumina magnesia spinel grade of "AR-78" produced by "Almatis", fused alumina magnesia spinel produced by PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" with ratio Al2O3 : MgO = 85:15) on the properties of dry corundum spinel mix grade of "CKШ" has been researched. It has been determined the possibility of application of fused alumina magnesia spinel with ratio Al2O3 : MgO = 85:15 as well as sintered spinel grade of "AR-78" in composition of corundum spinel mix. The application of fused alumina magnesia spinel provides receipt of properties indicates analogous to ones at sintered spinel grade of "AR-78". As a result of carried out researches the base of raw materials for production of corundum spinel mix grade of "CKШ" has been expanded.The researches of amount influence of fused alumina magnesia spinel produced by PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" with ratio Al2O3 : MgO = 85:15 on the properties of mullite corundum mortar grade of "ММК-88-1" have been carried out. It has been determined the possibility of using of alumina magnesia spinel addition in composition of the mullite corundum mortar. Introduction of the indicated addition increases mortar strength properties (~ by 12%) and refractoriness (~ by 10 %) as well as decreases its slag wear degree (~ 4 times less). As a result of carried out researches the production technology of new kind of product (mullite corundum mortar grade of "ММКШ-85-1" with spinel addition) has been developed.In PJSC "The URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches of mullite corundum ramming mixes, dry corundum and corundum spinel mixes, mullite corundum mortar, different factions of fused corundum powers, which are intended to metallurgical and machinebuilding plants of Ukraine, have been produced.The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of ramming mixes, dry mixes and mortars.
