The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of corundum, mullite corundum and chamotte concrete mixes and products on their basis. The research methods are physicochemical, petrographic, physico- mechanical, thermo-mechanical and ones.The influence of quantity of plasticizing addition brand of "Полипласт Видро" on the properties of burnt and unburnt samples from corundum brand of "СКпл-50-94", mullite corundum brand of "МКБС" and chamotte brand of "СШБ" concrete mixes has been researched. The optimal quantity of dispersing addition brand of "Полипласт Видро" has been determined and its application expediency in the composition of corundum, mullite corundum and chamotte concrete mixes, containing high alumina cement brand of "ВГЦ-73" in the quantity 15-20 wt. %, has been established. Availability of the indicated addition in the composition of concrete mixes provides decreasing their water requirement ~ by 20 %, increasing their flowing ~ by 14 %, increasing compression strength of samples, produced from above mentioned concretes, in the investigated temperatures diapason ~ by 57 % and decreasing their open porosity ~ by 10 %. As a result of carried out researches the raw material base for concrete mixes production has been broadened. Application of the indicated concretes, finally, shall allow improvement of service characteristics of lining, which are carried out with their using.The comparison researches of influence of hydraulic hardening binder type (cement brand of "ВГЦ-73" and "ВГЦШ-60" produced by PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" and cement brand of "Gorkal 40" (Poland)) on the properties of chamotte concrete mix and samples from it, have been carried out. The possibility of application of alumina cement brand of "Gorkal 40", which allows receive chamotte concrete with high characteristics properties, has been established. As a result of carried out researches the new kind of product (chamotte concrete mix brand of "СШБГ" containing alumina cement) has been developed. The indicated concrete mix is recommended as lining material for thermal units with service temperature up to 1350 оС.The influence of additions quantity brand of "Литопласт 1И" and "Литопласт 2И" produced by "Novomoscovsk - Polyplast" Co Ltd on the duration of grinding time, as well as grinding degree, of high alumina cement has been researched. It has been determined the possibility of additions application brand of "Литопласт 1И" and "Литопласт 2И" for grinding intensification of clinker, as well as additions, which are traditional used (brand of "ГКЖ-11Н" or "ГКЖ-11К"), for production of high alumina cement with surface area of up to 5000 cm2/g .The comparison researches of corundum concrete mix properties brand of "СКпл-50-94", containing high alumina cement produced according to traditional technology, and cement produced with application of new additions (brand of "Литопласт 1И" or "Литопласт 2И"), have been carried out. The possibility of application in the composition of corundum concrete mix the high alumina cement, produced with using of additions brand of "Литопласт 1И" or "Литопласт 2И" for grinding intensification, has been established. The characteristics properties of corundum concrete of investigated compositions are corresponded to ones of corundum concrete containing high alumina cement produced according to traditional technology.In accordance with the existing normative documentation in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches of corundum brand of "СКпл-50-94", "СКпл-60-94", mullite corundum of "МКБС" and chamotte of "СШБ" concrete mixes and products on their basis, which are intended to customers, have been produced.The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of concrete mixes with the content of CaO not less than 3 wt. %, including the use of new type of plasticizing additions.
