The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride and alumina containing binders, mastering of production technology of corundum refractories on sialon containing binder. The research methods are physical and mechanical, chemical, thermal-graphical and petrographical ones. The researches of silica-containing additions influence (microsilica brand of "MS - 971" produced by "Elkem Materials", siloxan binder brand of "SILRES®MK" produced by "Wacher Chemic AG") on the properties of silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride binder have been carried out. It has been established, that use of microsilica brand of "MS - 971" and siloxan binder brand of "SILRES®MK" additions in the optimum quantity leads to obtaining of silicon carbide refractories on binder containing silica oxinitride, which promotes increasing of oxidation resistance (~ by 30 - 35 %) of silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride binder and increasing of their service terms. The project of change to technological instruction, which regulated production of silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride binder, has been developed. The influence of silica-containing additions on the properties of silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing binder has been researched. It has been established, that use of microsilica brand of "MS - 971" addition in the optimum quantity is more worth while for production of silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing binder. This addition allows increasing of compression strength and silicon carbide content in the refractory, as well as decreasing of firing temperature products from 1350 оС to 1300-1330 оС. The project of change to technological instruction, which regulated production of silicon carbide refractories on alumina containing binder, has been developed. The raw materials base for manufacture of silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride and alumina containing binders has been expanded. The manufacture technology of corundum refractories on sialon containing binder has been put into production at PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S. BEREZHNOY". The normative documentation, which regulated production of corundum refractories on sialon containing binder, has been developed and elaborated. The pilot batches of silicon carbide refractory products brand of "ККГП" and "ККНКВ", whose properties were corresponded to requirements of technical conditions, have been produced and intended to customers. The work shall be continued in the line of further improvement of production technology of silicon carbide refractories on silica nitride and alumina containing binders, corundum refractories on sialon containing binder, as well as expanding of their application values.
