A research purpose is a study of terms and changes of external economic environment in a post-crisis period. Research methods: structural and logic analysis, formalization and comparison, economic and mathematical design. During implementation themes were considered tendencies and factors of development of world and national economies in a post-crisis period, the changes of structure of the Ukrainian export and import of commodities are analyzed, primary classification of commodity structure of export and import for the purpose meaningfulness of contribution to the total worth of goods, purchased at other countries of the world, divergences are specified, between the pre-crisis and post-crisis structure of import by a discriminant model, that allowed to find out the perspective tendencies of proceeding in pre-crisis proportions brought in and the commodities taken out from Ukraine as a result of application of levers of protectionism policy; main factors are certain volatility values of exports and import, on the basis of which it is necessary to form the priority sending adjusting of foreign trade activity in prospect; periodicity of volumes of foreign demand for Ukrainian goods and domestic demand on foreign goods and studies of its changes in a post-crisis period as a result of anti crisis policy on macro- and micro level. The results got during researching work can be recommended to be used in educational process of specialists in economy of enterprise, management and finances, and also for domestic enterprises and organizations for the analysis of external economic environment.
