The research aim is to study of the dynamics of cultured autological multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells to restore the structure of the tendon tendinopathy in experimental rats. The research methods are cultural one, light microscopy, histological, biochemical biomechanical and infrared analysis, surgical methods with laboratory animals. The results of the research work. The dynamics of influence of autological MSCs in the treatment of degenerative tendon injury was investigated. Histological studies have shown that MSCs have a positive effect on the recovery of damaged tendons, which was manifested by normalization of the structural and functional organization of the Achilles tendon. The above biochemical analysis of blood serum of rats with degenerative tendon injury was testified to the positive dynamics of flow of the inflammatory process in animals after therapy with autological MSCs. The strength of the animals tendons with the MSCs treatment did not differ significantly from the corresponding parameter in the group of intact animals. The results of infrared spectroscopy was shown that almost complete recovery of the secondary structure of collagen, reducing the contribution of the lipid fraction and the increase of content water in the intercellular matrix was observed at day 45 after the application of MSCs.
