Vysotskii, Registration Date 25-05-2012 Organization Taras Shevchenko Kiev university popup.description2 Object of research: nuclear-physical systems, beams of particles, a network of neurons and processes information in them, molecular solutions. Objective: Designing biophysical and mathematical models of neuron, modeling systems with many bonds, analysis and development of methods of spatial control of neutral particles beam near the surface of crystals and superlattices, development of the theory of transport phenomena in molecular liquids, development of methods for the reconstruction of magnetic resonance tomograms. Methods: theoretical analysis of nuclear-physical systems, systems with many bonds, networks of neurons, transport phenomena in molecular liquids. Software tools for modeling the nonlinear dynamics of large biological networks helping to investigate objects such as neuron systems, genetic and functional protein chains have been researched and created. Based on the relativistic Dirac equation, prerequisites and peculiarities of channeling and control of the motion of neutrons and other neutral particles with anomalous magnetic moment in perfect nonmagnetic crystals have been considered. Peculiarities of interaction of slow neutrons and both separated atoms and nuclei have been investigated. Possibility of the existence of neutron-nuclear molecules has been proved. Theory of interdiffusion in alcohol solutions has been developed. Rreconstruction of magnetic - resonance tomograms for different pulse sequence parameters "inversion - recovery" was carried out by the method of two-dimensional Fourier - introscopy. Optimal values of repetition time and inversion have been ascertained. Using polynomial functions, the relation model of spin density and spin - lattice relaxation time has been developed. The correlation coefficient dependence on inversion time for the reconstructed tomograms has been investigated as well.
