Bases for elaboration of cadastres for different regions have been justified. First data on animal biodiversity in natural and anthropogenically modified ecosystems have been received. We have elaborated and tested the method for standardization of research stations' sampling when studying hydrobionts in different water reservoirs. Virus species diversity has been elucidated for biodiversity conservation. We have carried out the analysis of plants and fungi in base collections following their rarity and applied use; have identified species belonging to TSSI requiring insertions, revisions and special research.
